At Tiny Travellers, we rent only the best brand names of new products that meet national safety standards for Canada. All our equipment is cleaned with biodegradable, non-toxic method household cleaning products that are safe for your little ones — and the environment too.

We offer delivery of all our equipment to residents and guests visiting Halifax and surrounding communities, including parts of Dartmouth, Bedford and Sackville. *Please contact us to confirm delivery to your area.

- Do you install car seats?
- Although we currently do not install car seats, all of our car seats come with a clear instruction manual. We are available to take your calls should you have any questions when installing your car seat.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- We understand that travel plans change. Please notify us 48 hours prior to your pick-up/delivery date to re-schedule or cancel your equipment rental at no charge. If, however, you must cancel less than 48 hours prior to your reservation, you will be charged 50% of the rental fee. Should you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us.
- How far in advance do I need to place my order?
- To ensure availability, we suggest you place your order as soon as your travel plans are confirmed (especially during holidays and the summer months). We do understand that sometimes plans cannot be made until the last minute, so we will do our best to accommodate you and your travel plans.
- How do I place an order to rent equipment?
- Please contact us to place your order. We will return email inquiries and phone calls within 48 hours to confirm the details of your equipment rental.
- How new is your equipment?
- We know that products, rules and regulations change frequently. We rent only the most up-to-date products, and will continually replace equipment in the future, to keep up with the most current safety standards.
- What if I need something not on your list?
- Please let us know and we will do our best to meet your needs.
- Can I rent the items for more then one week?
- You can rent equipment daily, weekly or monthly. Please see Rent Equipment for more information and for a list of our rates.
- Is the baby equipment cleaned after each use?
- All our equipment is cleaned and sanitized regularly with an environmental, non toxic cleaner. After every rental, our equipment is properly sanitized and safety inspected.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept cash, cheque, credit card payments (Visa and Mastercard) and PayPal.
- Where do you deliver equipment to? Are there delivery charges?
- We do offer deliver to the HRM community, deliver charges my apply. Please contact us to confirm delivery to your area.
- What do I have to do to return rentals?
- Rentals can either be delivered to us, or we can pick them up. We will confirm these details with you when you book your equipment rental.
- Can my equipment be delivered before my arrival?
- To provide you with the most comfortable visit to Halifax, we can deliver the equipment to your destination before you arrive. We can confirm these details when you book your equipment rental.
